| Help needed stalling power |

Hi all
Recently i had issues with disco 3 2.7 tsv6 when driving on an uphill having trouble to gain power to accelerate and sometimes goes into limp mode showing F sign on the dash board and goes away when switching off the vehicle and starting up again . When in sport mode it seems doesnt have the issue. Fuel rail pressure when ignition on is 380kpa, when started fuel rail pressure is 28930kpa. Any help or info on where i should start or what to do ??

Read the fault codes , including the gearbox
