Good morning, I have problems to see photos on the wiki, and I get this message on the photo,
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT TO ENABLE 3RD PARTY HOSTING.
What do I need to do, thank you.

If you search on the forum for Photobucket you will find more information. People have used Photobucket for hosting photos for several years and recently Photobucket decided they weren't happy with that so they are now asking for about $400 per year for people to use their service.
They have restricted access to the photos in the various forums until people either pay up or host them elsewhere. It's a form of ransom. 1972 Range Rover Classic 2 door V8

It's a bit of a pain. I am on a canoeing forum where people post lovely blogs of their trips with lots of photos and many have been decimated by this change, including some of mine 
I haven't got the time to go back and re-build them all.
Hats off to Martin for having the foresight to provide photo hosting within the site  D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten

The only "solution" is for the photo owner to pay to join photobucket. There is nothing you can do or change to view them

You *may* be able to click on the "PLEASE UPDATE YOUR ACCOUNT TO ENABLE 3RD PARTY HOSTING" picture to be taken to the Photobucket site, where the original photo *may* appear in a flood of adverts

If you are using chrome there is an extension 'Photobucket hotlink fix' which magically restores all the pictures!

Did you read the permissions before you installed it?
Not overly keen on an extension that can read data on websites I visit

Hmm I see what you mean, there is another one called 'Photobucket embed fix' that only can read photobucket and wp.com sites that also seems to work
