HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!. D-pillar trim removal.
Help please somebody!!!! I need advice on how to remove my D3's D-pillar upper plastic trim panels. That is the one the 3rd row seatbelt comes out off. I need to replace the seatbelts and have tried prizing out the plastic panel, it wasnt popping out and I was scared of forcing it and breaking a retainer. Does it just pop off, or have to slide up or down??? Advice would be most welcome.
The easy way is to pull back the big black boot side panel as this gets in the way and also the rubber trim around the rear tailgate, then just start pulling there are around 4 to 6 clips istr...

It does just pop off, BUT it is hooked/held also by the lower trim panel (the entire plastic trim which covers the towing fuses and has the small cubby boxes on top, between the d-pillar and c-pillar)
You don't need to remove this trim, at most just loosen a few bolts enough for you to be able to lever things slightly to get the upper d-trim panel offDennis
