Help. Tower removal without a key
Can someone please PM me how to remove the towbar lock without a key?

If you are just missing the key then the simplest solution is to get a new one made to the code (which is on the lock). I have used https://www.replacementkeys.co.uk/land-rover-tow-bar-keys.html with the two I needed. If it hasn't been off before be prepared to use a lot of WD40 to free it all off.
If the lock is knackered and you are replacing it then instructions on how to do it come with the lock anyway.

The point is that this is one of the rules of the forum, so if we did post how to do it on here the mods would be on us like a shot! Whether or not you think the rule is pointless is a different matter (and one you would need to take up with the moderators/owners of the forum).
