United Kingdom 2007 Discovery 3 TDV6 GS Manual Java BlackDiscovery 3
Hobby 560 CFE

Found this little beauty on the AutoTrader but the price seems way to good to be true considering these are nearly 20k new!?
I know a lot of these get nicked, so wondered if this was one of them.

If it sounds to good too be true then....... well you know the rest. I reckon there should be a "1" before the "4". Might make a bit of sense then. You could check with the CRIS numbers and info.

No way on earth is that kosher...mid happily give them double for one, they're bloomin' nice

My 2008/9'Sterling Europa 650 is still worth nearly double what they have priced that at.

Maybe 17k would be closer, a top line sterling/swift is now 27k!!

Shocked

Something's not right. All the interior still has the delivery plastic coverings on. Just look at the seats and the trays in the fridge.
Man with no D3 anymore, but cant leave the forum....how sad.

Probably comes with a bunch of lucky white heather and a bag of tar macadam, not forgetting the pegs.
 Displaced Yorkshireman.

SDV6 Auto obviously, Loire blue/Ebony, ugly kid glass, RLD wheel protector, private plate and maybe side steps.

Think the pictures with the plastic on the inside are standard sales photos not of the actual van

Looks very iffy could be insurance write off and repaired. The tel no is a landline! The pictures look as if they come from a brochure. Is it in storage or on a caravan lot?

To be honest that was my first thought. I've heard of these vans even being stolen to order, so did wonder! The pictures could easily be from their habitat, as there's no much given away in the pictures either.

I'm usually with Jeremy Clarkson when I comes to vans Shocked Rolling with laughter but this really took my eye! Thumbs Up

To start with a 560 is a single axle Hobby.
The price well as has been said before is way to low.
The plastic covers, they come as standard kit. Our traveler friends like to keep them on as it makes cleaning a lot easier and in as new conduction. They also don't use the toilet and that will be as new.
Won't have a CRIS number, unless the owner has gone to the effort, as a Hobby is a European van.
To me looks like another dodgy ad to get some poor sole to part with their hard earned cash.
