Looks like you can't

specifically
Important information about deleted items
Items removed from your Deleted Items folder are recoverable for 30 days.
Email is automatically removed from the Junk Email folder after 14 days and is not recoverable.
If you don't see the deleted messages you want to recover, they have probably been permanently removed from the Deleted Items folder or Junk Email folder.

If using the Outlook client then you can change the retention period by right clicking on the Deleted Items folder, selecting Properties, and opening the Autoarchive tab.
You might be lucky and your old stuff will be in an archive folder.
Edit: I use Office 2007, but you may have a different version. MY12 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand

Somehow I think they will be archived somewhere. Just you as the user cannot access them. A vaccine does not stop you catching a virus, or passing it on, or getting ill from it, really ill. It does reduce the likelyhood of you dying when really, really ill. Stay Alive - KEEP AWAY FROM PEOPLE.
