Hunters @ Guildford - Again! |
|
Superb, every trip just gets better and better. They really know how to look after a customer - hope it continues next week when the car is in again for the EPB repair.
Went in with a lost washer fuse (took fuse out but dropped it) which they duly replaced and fitted. Also defrosted the washer motor, drained and added some super strength fluid and gave me the rest in a bottle.
All this was FOC and done within the time it takes to drink a latte and speak to the sales guys
Top top draw.

Talking to my neighbour yesterday whilst towing his Jag out of our col-de-sac (he manages the Jag dealer next door) he was saying that Hunters Guildford were the biggest LR dealership in Europe in terms of new car sales last year
Thats why they are always happy down there - including my recent £4.30 purchase of a fog light suround courtesy of Salisbury Plain last week
Neil - you should have asked them for a colonic irrigation at the same time - from your description it sounds like they know what they are doing

Dave dont let them dent ur disco
I had mine serviced there last year and it came back with a dent, they did fix after some discussion.
Get them to walk around the car with you before and after. The technician is meant to fill in a damage to vehicle report before he starts any work.
The car park is crap.... I will probably use Guy Salmon Portsmouth next time their car park is is huge.

Guy Salmon are good for work on the car. The sales guy I dealt with there was pretty crap though, he didn't want to try and source me a vehicle only sell me what they had in. I ended up getting my D3 in Chester! Bit of a trek but as my car is still worth considerably more than I paid for it i don't mind!
I've never had a car that has increased in value, but my D3 has! Not that it matters 'cause i'm not getting rid of it - EVER. I might get another one, but if I do it will probably replace my everyday car. D3 HSE MY05 Auto
