I can value/Buy your 2012+ Discovery
Following a few recent valuations for forum members I just thought I would point out what I can do.
If your buying new from a dealer its best to get them to quote a PX value for your vehicle. Obviously with a PX you will not be eligible for cash buyer discounts.
If you let me know the PX offered I will use our CAP systems to verify that value first of all and then try to beat it making you a cash buyer eligible for relevant discounts.
Obviously even if I can match dealer offer you are going to be a cash buyer rather than a PX buyer.
I need current REG, Mileage, Options Spec and a few recent pictures. Please remember my stock numbers are limited so I cannot buy them all - Black, Blue & Grey preferred but will look at any colour initially

That's not good I've lost a cool £9820 in exactly 8 months according to the autotrader PX valuation
And I thought the D4 was supposed to be doing well due to lack of interest in the D5 Discovery 4 HSE

Unfortunately most folk believe their car is worth more than the market says it is.
Dark Bluie as a pile of parts is probably worth well over what it was as a car.

Looking at what's happened to mine, from a main dealer buying price of £45,000, in November 2016 (@12,900 miles), to a trade value of £33,230 for September 2017 (@41,500 miles), I'd say that's held it's value exceptionally well, especially as it's now "obsolete"
Thank you Gerry McGovern for getting me a half decent price on the D4, even if it winds up at WBAC 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4
2017 to date: FFRR SDV8
2023 to date: 2 x FL2 as “second” cars 🙄

Mine was £28k in April 2014 and is now (apparently) £16k. So thats £12k in about 3.5 years, just under £3.5k per year. Ouch. That, along with the £500+ VED, insurance, servicing costs and warranty is an expensive thing considering it spends most of its life sat on the drive
I can see why people lease brand new ones on PCP deals.D4 XS, gone, much loved, never forgotten
