Just remember the slightest delay/excuse of any sort from her side get straight onto the insurance and let them sort it out, being nice can sometimes cost you.

I'm with the last post - from experience 'being nice and admitting its your fault' is a no no - even if it was. Very sad I know..... but thats what we've all bought into.....
Expect a counter claim - although, if its on camera it helps 90% of the time so I've read!!...... so good luck!! 2016MY Discovery HSE - Black

I’d like to think that there are still some decent folk out there. She is local so at least I know where they are. I’m giving her the estimate today and then she has until Friday to make payment to me or direct to he garage. Then if they don’t sort it, I’ll be going through the insurance 2010 D4 GS

My recent experience of someone reversing into my Jag, the owner left a note with her phone number, offered to pay, and payed on nose when I had the car fixed. So there are decent folk out there. Let's hope you've bumped into one. ( pardon the pun)
I sent her a bunch of flowers as a thank you.

Had someone hit the D4 a couple of months ago, they left a note unde the wiper with contact details, managed to get all the marks out with a bit of elbow grease, wife phoned the lady responsible and said not to worry and she promptly burst into tears over it.

That’s classy.
There’s every chance this young lass is more upset about it than you. I think you are doing the right thing - give her the benefit of the doubt until she proves otherwise. King of the typo.

Just waiting for a “like for like” courtesy car......bet it’s not a D5 but if it is I’m interested to see what it can do!! 2010 D4 GS

Mark that has tickled me!
Hopefully it’ll be sorted properly....just an inconvenience now. Glad we have been hermits this Xmas or it’d be an issue. Couldn’t get all kids and dogs in the XC60! 2010 D4 GS

So it’s not a Dacia Dister but something equally as useless for where we live!
BMW X5 4L M
Its snowed overnight and they’ve just dropped it off, nearly slid into the Volvo and took an age to get it parked up. Can’t get it back up our driveway, bloody useless thing!!!
Looks like we are staying home today!! 2010 D4 GS
