Any ideas.....
Hi all,
We are having some trouble with the mpg on the D3 auto, had it turbochipped back in july and all has been fine, mpg improved and the obvious power, but now the mpg is back at what it was before we had it turbochipped the D3 has not been back to landrover so they have not reset the ecu ,spoke to turbochip they are going to come out to us but he seems to think that it could possibly be
the egr valve
the flow mass valve or the intercooler, as a process of elimination where do you think the best place to start would be
also we do still have the turbochip power that has not been lost
I found exactly the same with my Turbochipped D3. I think it was all down to the fact that I got used to the extra power and forgot to drive like a grandad. If I tried very hard, I could still get back up to the 32-34mpg but it wasn't as much fun doing that! The older I get, the more I realise that people confuse wrinkles for wisdom
