| IID Brake Bleeding procedure |

Hello all.
Simple question that hopefully has a simple answer 
When performing the IID brake bleeding procedure, how hard should i be pumping the brake?
As hard and fast as possible?
Slowly and gently?
Continually throughout?
I'm asking because I worry I'll disturb the master cylinder seals if I get over excited.
