How does an IID tool arrive?

Do they come in a GAP diagnostics box along with instructions ect? I seen one girl sale and the guy said it just came as is, no box and no paper work????

I got my previous one second hand and it came in a small box with padding around and a USB cable (I think). No instructions IIRC - they are online. 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

As above I bought mine new it arrived in a small sturdy padded box and a cable.

My one is branded Britpart and came in a box similar to a watch box, complete with foam liner and Britpart branded sleeve.
