Iid tool upgrades
So I’ve took the plunge and bought an iid tool and looking to see what I can update on the ccf
It’s a 2011 GS I have heated wheel and flappy paddles also exonons but was wondering if there is anything else I can do with the iid tool without buying anything if that makes sense
Can you update the digital display?

If you have the older IPC display, (think 2011 would) you can update it to get a cleaner fresher look.
Easy and worth doing

Connect a ctek, connect IID, find IPC under ECUs, select upgrade, follow instructions. Since there is a slight chance it can go bad please read the manual before attempting. ISTR the flashing takes a few minutes.

Guys I just got myself an iid. Had a mess about with it today. Turned on timed climate and park heat and updated CFC but the options don’t appear in my settings.
Also, I would like to update the ipc but what is a ctek?

Gap do not recommend using battery chargers whist updating, only power supplies, Ctec 10amp and over only have power supply facility. It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

What about a booster pack?
I can’t seem to find any ipc in my Ecu list. Would it be under something else?
