Later today Advanced Factors will be switching their current web shop over to a new platform.
Those customers that have previously created an account will receive an email with a password re-set reminder. Once set, they will be able to collect loyalty points on future orders.

9. For EU Customers there is a new facility to choose DUTY PAID, it is up to the customer if they chose this or not.
10. Some delivery methods are subsidised by us, where parcels are over length or overweight, the new site will give you the best option and courier.
11. New DHL Express premium international service for urgent orders.
12. Free Economy shipping for many UK and EU Destinations.
There maybe a very small down time whilst the switchover takes place, and the platform is updated with new products and features.
