Independent in Wiltshire ?
I'm based in Devizes, Wiltshire - can anyone recommend a fairly local, good value, trustworthy independent who could work on my D3 ? I do a lot of the work myself, but there are bound to be things I can't/don't want to deal with. I've found a few through Google but would rather go by recommendations if possible

Not that local but you would struggle to find anyone better than Steve Norman.

Closer is Corsham Tyres in Corsham. They are a proper garage with proper mechanics that know their way around cars and have the right kit to do the job.
They have looked after my old bus for the past 100,000 miles and as I've said many times on the forum, my car is ridiculously reliable. I can't recommend them enough and they also have a fleet of VW UP!s as courtesy cars:thumbsup:New Defender L663 110 SE (known as Noddy!)

If Shaw, near Melksham isn't too far, then I can highly recommend the guy that has looked after all my LR's for the last few years. Doesn't advertise, and you can only find him by word of mouth....
