It would appear, in this BBC article, that only the female of the species want to go to University.
No mention of, or interviews with any males about their view of Uni during this pandemic.
There was another BBC article a couple of months ago about Job seraches during the pandemic, and once again, only views from young females was sought.
Surely should be equal views as the Uni population is nearly 50:50

IIRC Newsbeat (if it is the same as R1 Newsbeat) are the same team that get the news for the Breakfast show, they are appalling about accuracy or detail as they are a "Magazine" not a news agency so they don't let facts get in the way of a story.
I have seen bias in stories that I have had direct knowledge of and have seen them leave out or miss information that contradicts the story. Series 1 V8
