| Info display converter for Disco 4 |

Hey Guys,
I've just taken delivery of a new (to me  ) Disco 4 SE and am looking at Sat nav options. I've come across a Russian site that shows a touch screen fitted in the Disco 4 and the small info display plugged into it using a converter. Looks great but typically there is zero info on how it was achieved.

Firstly has anyone used these converters and mounted a touch screen?
Or has anyone moved the info display and mounted a touch screen? I've done a few searches and found posts with people saying the screen has been moved but no info on how the touch screen was mounted when the small display was moved. So any help would be greatly appreciated. (Even if its just directing me to an old discussion)
