Info screen not working

Hi

The info screen on my car has just gone blank. It started with not having any sound or ability to change stations etc and then went blank.
I cannot get the reverse camera to come on or satnav, phone etc.

Any idea's?

Thanks

You could do a hard reset ....disconnect the battery leads and join them together for 15 seconds or so .(battery leads not the battery terminals Shocked )

You have got a decent charged battery havent you ? ...if not the car will shut down the audio stuff to save power for starting

It will just be a software clitch ... Maybe pressing lots of things quickly confused it .

I've had similar when messing in the diagnostic screens and tv

Software update required

Bulletin LTB00299v2 covers it if you are in VIN Range: A510178-A549145

I have just had this happen on a MY12, all the stuff works and if you touch the screen it beeps but it's blank!

Does anyone think the battery lead trick would do the job?
