How to install a 2DIN DVD in a S D4

Good morning
I would like to install a DVD on my D4 2DIN is the S model is not the touch screen on the front panel, has a smaller screen with clock and other functions.

There are replacement parts for the entire installation
my question is, there are adapters to do so in a D4
We apologize for any grammatical errors but I use a translator has to try to make myself understood.
I hope your help because in Spain the D4 is very new and nobody knows anything yet

Thank you for your compliment Navigator but I don´t think your Spanish is worse than my English
I'm using the Spanish web Discotr.es where we are the owners of D3 and D4
This is my first incursion into a foreign site and obviously the first time that I communicate with people with different language
