| Instant consumption 99.9 at idle |

Hello everyone,
I noticed yesterday that my instant consumption was 99.9 at idle. I'm pretty sure that I used to get 0 when idle. Anyone could share their readings and any advice on how to rectify? I'd really appreciate your input, thanks!

What’s to rectify?? You have 3 digits available to identify that in order to complete 1 mile, you are using an infinite amount of fuel as you are not moving. 2015 LR4 HSE Lux Aintree Green

I'm guessing your problem is that it is showing miles per gallon or km per litre, when you are expecting it to show litres per 100km? With mpg or km/l it will correctly show its maximum value (99.9) at idle, whereas for l/100km it would show the minimum value (0). I think the options to change it are shown in the dashboard settings menu? Previously:

Hello and thanks for your replies!
You are both absolutely right; I use l/100km and when not moving it shows the maximum. 0.00 was when you move with your foot off the gas pedal, which is right too. I'm so glad it was not a throttle valve problem or sth!
