I presume yours crackles,......to be honest I've learnt to deal with it and its not so bad when the phone is on the back seat. Good luck

Yeah so was fine with my old Iphone 6 but then upgraded to an 8 and had the crackle..

will try the backseat but i like using the phone as a satnav as the LR one is so bad

Yes, mine is causing headaches it’s a pain in the butt, but put your watch in airplane mode when in the car and see if it helps.

Anything else connecting via Bluetooth when you’re in the car?

I’d try an disconnect everything from the phones Bluetooth apart from the car.
