3.5mm audio cable into the socket at the rear of the cubby fridge, or get the proper audio kit, Audio Connectivity Module. Thumbs Up

buy the ipod kit from Duckworths £275 delivered, then you can with the apple 30 to firewire adapter plug and play not only answer the phone but tab through the playlists etc via the steering wheel, sound is crystal this way too,

just fitted mine about 2 weeks ago now.

Thanks guys but £275 but more then I can afford having just bought the car. The 3.5mm lead one is cheapest.

ACM - USB stick playback control

Hi folks, planning to install ACM. I want the kids to be able to listen separate music/tales. Can be the USB playback controlled via the rear seat entertainment module placed in doors like the MP3 playback from CDs?

Thanks, Jan

As far as I know ACM is connected to AUX port, so rear passangers should sellect AUX on their rear door controls and should have it. They should have all the same you could do from front controls on AUX then.
What they will be able to do on USB stick depends completly on ACM which you install (there were several versions of ACM kit, and I am not sure all work in the same manner) and how USB stick is formatted and how songs are sorted.

I can have the second model LR006792, they say it can be controlled only via steering wheel. But I am still waiting my transmission to be repaired under warranty (faulty torque converter), so I can`t check by myself. Thanks!
