Here’s hoping you are going to have a great week over here...
Cornwall is a beautiful place and a great place to visit...spent every summer there when growing up...Cornwall is a county of two halves..the North coast faces the Atlantic and thus you get large open sweeping sandy beaches with Atlantic waves thus it’s good for surfing and playing on the open beaches..they do also get busy at this time of year... Places to visit Newquay, Padstow, Rock etc
I used to spend time on the South coast, places to visit include Mevagissey, ( not with caravan in tow) St Mawes (take the foot ferry across from Falmouth or vice versa) Michaels Mount etc...
The south coast is more secluded coves and picturesque harbours,
Some great coastwalks and exploring the rock pools is brilliant for the kids..
I have linked two campsites on the South coast , the first is near Veryan and is close to small tiny villages of Portloe, and Portscatho which are great for just chilling out and relaxing...
Whilst you are over here give a shout out if you need any help.. lots of us on here who will help where we can...
Which port are you coming into?

Glad you have had a good trip... what were your highlights? Which did you enjoy most?
Leeds Castle is also lovely! Hopefully the weather will stay good for you!
I’m also Kent based and off the beaten track there are some beautiful villages and good pubs!
