It’s going to be a bad winter …..
……. I can feel it in my bones!
Plus the Rowen trees up here are absolutely heaving under the weight of berries.

Might also be coz I’ve just put the winter wheels & tyres back on Skippy and OJ (Old Jazz) so quite happy if it snows.

Hope your getting plenty of logs in ?? Its not the height of the fall but the sudden stop at the bottom that hurts!!

it was rumoured in the press a few weeks ago that you lot up north were going to get some white stuff by the end of Oct

Not so bad around here, here’s a few I planted about 10 years ago just to compensate the environment for running a Disco, still get charged the same though when I go into city centres

Never! Can keep you fed with coffee as you empty the shed.

oddly, some shrubs in my garden are producing another set of buds ... same at my Dad's just up the road.
doesn't usually point to bad weather on the way.
