I don't think you can really comment/advise if it really can be repaired until you've seen the extent of the damage. Given the nature of the accident I'm sure it would be repairable (thereby commenting/advising Whistle ).

Likely that its a split seam I'd guess and this can be repaired by an epoxy type glue and maybe go over after with duct tape. You can 'repair' plastic by 'welding' it (common on motorbikle plastic repairs, etc.) A home-fix method is buy a really cheap soldering iron and carefully run along the split. You can bin the 'iron afterwards if needs be but can clean/re-use (have done this type of repair myself on dropped 'bikes Big Cry )

Even if it's holed you may be able to 'fibreglass' it. It ain't gotta look pretty has it?

Worst case would be any damage to an inlet junction, elbow or such-like but again epoxy-resin/fibreglass can work wonders.

Ah the joys of my 'bodge-it' days of youth Thumbs Up

the tank is buired somewhere in the engine, maby in the front bumper? theer was no damage to the bumper or the car ? has any body seem where this water tank is ? and if so is it a big job exposing or getting to it? to make a repair?

It's possible that the filler neck has simply separated from the tank. Chase down the neck to verify. If so, apply a bit of lube (soap) to the base and push back in. If not, you may need to replace entire tank assembly.

The washer fluid tank is located behind the front bumper underneather the lefthand headlight. For proper all round access you'll need to remove the headlamps, grill and bumper. Easy enough, but takes time.
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
