I've been and done it!

Ordered a 55 Reg TDV6 S Auto from Guy Salmon in Stockport today!!!

Depending on stock it will be Zambesi Silver or Bonatti Grey - I'm not too bothered - I just want to get my hands on it now! Very Happy

Not worried about the 55/06 thing - they are sorting out the whole private plate transfer for me!!! Also I was very impressed with the overall experience - both the Salesman and the Finance guy bent over backwards for me to get everything right - even She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed came away happy!!! Congrats, and look forward to seeing another D3 in the manor.

GS in Stockport are OK, they can be a bit pricey at service time, but they do seem to get it right. The service staff are very friendly and helpful.

From stock - if I'm REALLY lucky and they have one in the compound or nearby I might even get it NEXT weekend!

The funny thing was, whilst I was in the finance guy's office, SWMBO wandered round the showroom and ended up sat in a 3 Door Freelander looking quite happy with herself - naturally the finance guy jumped in with a "I can sort you out with one of those too if you like?" - next year maybe?
