Latest latest read all about it.
J V Like have lost/done away with Mazda and Renault. In the last few hours Land Rover have announced that they will back J V Like and are in talks with 3 possible investors. Although they have been told to get trading they have a 5k temporary credit limit with Land Rover. This means that they would prefer servicing work as opposed to warranty. So if your car needs a service soon give them a call it may be a good deal. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Si its a private investor however the investor has lots of other companys not land rover related.
Dunc That is yet to be determined, if the new owner is not interested in the site I am going to try and negotiate a deal with the site owner. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

This is the company that have acquired J V Like http://www.walters-group.co.uk/ and they have this to play on http://www.ffoslasracecourse.com/ that includes Walters Arena Motorsport Complex. In the Beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

That is good news. Mr Walters has some significant businesses in the area, and his construction company was a big customer of JV. I hope he uses his years of experience as a Land Rover Customer to lean on the right areas. They may have been better than most, but they wern't perfect in the warrenty / after sales department.
At least the block on warrenty parts should now be lifted and the good people who work there are secure and can get back to normal.
