So I watched this guy and basically the way he did it, was exactly how I would have done it. Stick the jack under the arm and jack up. Whip out bolts, take off wheel, put new wheel on, bolts back in. Jack down, rinse repeat.
When the tyre house put my new cooper Zeon 4XS - Sports on they didn't half faff about to jack it up, told me to lock it in access height and leave a door open, and whoever said that Independent suspension is useless for off road, clearly didn't see a D4 in action.The amount of wheel travel each wheel has is astonishing even with suspension locked to access and a door open. The D4 manual says put into off road height before jacking. When I recently had a puncture repaired they asked me to put it into access mode, but I insisted off road height as per the manual.
Leaving a door, or tailgate open will prevent the car adjusting height.

Isn't the instruction to put it in off road height merely to avoid having to jack the vehicle up that far on the jack. The air suspension does it quicker and more easily. As the LR jack is made of cheese and pasta, it's safer to have the vehicle do as much of the work as possible too.
