Just a quick post to say a big thumbs up for Jim Reid at Kintore 
Phoned up this morning to get D4 booked in for Hunter alignment after my local garage said they couldn't touch it for almost 2 weeks.
Jim offered to do it first thing Monday morning and when I said I'd be busy he said I could drop it off this afternoon and he'd give me a courtesy car FOC for the weekend.
I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of service offered from a garage that I've never used before and the willingness to help a customer in any way they could.
I'm highly recommending Jim Reid to everyone in the Aberdeenshire area purely for the reason that the way I was treated today was a genuinely excellent experience that is so rare these days.
