Hi all. Excitedly waiting for Sept 1st when we take delivery of our first Disco - had TD4 Freelander before.
Lots to read about on the site so thanks for this and lookng forward to being able to contribute.

I'm in the same boat myself, i really cannot believe how different a beast the D3 is in comparison to my 2004 Freelander & even my 2001 D2.
The wait is terrible though, i placed my order 2 weeks ago & time seems to have stopped since then.

Know about the waiting - i'm picking up in 15 hours 10 minutes.

think about us poor Aussies. I ordered mine mid April, but just rang dealer and the transporter is booked and she'll be here next week 
then I can finally stop me whinging

I've got to wait until Oct/Nov for mine  , so I intend to spend my all of my waiting time being impossible to live, practically unemployable and totally sadistic to all.
