At last after ordering in June 2009 we have just seen the first glimpses of our D4. Only 1 day to go. We were allowed to see our new Disco but allas no delivery today. Still outstanding paperwork. And some bits missing. No towbar, no cover panel on seatbelt, no mudflaps. Still looks great though! Disco 4 Sept 09

PAtience is rewarded. We took delivery yesterday and what an amazing vehicle. Impressively quiet on the road, beautiful steering feel, smooth accelaration, love the wheel scroll navigation and the bluetooth is fantastic.
Just had the side steps and bright chrome protection strips fitted and they look the part.
I have been talking to the window tint guys and they have said that the metalized film can affect the reception of the AM band but not the FM, has anyone had any experience with this so far? Disco 4 Sept 09

I did notice (on a previous vehicle) that some metalized film reacts badly with the heated rear window elements, resulting in what looked like small striped burn marks - didn't notice any radio difference but then I don't use AM much.
