Just want one thing to be cleared up
I maybe purchasing a "S" model of the new discovery 3 and i was just wondeirng, will this model come with any auxilary jack (that is actually shown, so i dont have to dismantle the center console?) so i can plug my son's iPod in?, and one other thing does anyone know if the cd player plays MP3 discs?

Yes Chesters, the auxillary socket in the centre console is included in the 'S' model (well it is on mine). It does take a bit of searching to find is if you're trying to plug in your lead whilst still sat in the Drivers/front passenger's seat. My Feb 05 'S' has aux socket in back of front centre armrest, and 6 disc head unit plays MP3 cds. There are several threads on here w.r.t iPods, just do a search.
I'm sure 06 spec of current deliveries are the same, but one of the guys on here will soon tell you if it isn't.
The base stereo (single slot CD player) does not appear to play mp3 cds. Apparently the premium stereo (6 cd in dash) does play mp3 cds.
The base model does not have the ipod input in the rear centre console (rats). Higher spec models do.Discovery 3 tdv6 7 seat Buckingham Blue

Just make sure you get a dock connector with a line out or you will be disappointed with the audio.
