Kaymar Rear Bumper or Not? Anyone have one?
Hi all, anyone out there have a kaymar rear Bumper on their D3?
I like it and am waiting for Safari Gard in tthe states to release their new bumper later this month, maybe, before I decide. But The Safari gard looks good, except 2 things.
1 The bumper does not extend all the way to the wheel well and is supposed to be mounted with the LR mud flaps. I have not seen the mud flaps up close but they sure look like they will take damage poorly when the car drops into a hole. Anyone have experience in this area. If so please correct my thinking.
2 The tires cover the rear lights any solution or ideas on how to alter mountings on these bumpers, so the lights are not covered?
By the way do they leave an area open for the rear recovery point?
Wish i could get better photos or info but the states don't have much.
