Key fob
Hi all
D4 2010 XS, Hope someone can help, I purchased a used key fob to replace a missing key, checked to see how many keys available (IID gap tool) two, one current the other not available, went through the process, process completed then message fob not accepted, any ideas ?

Not tried it but I didnt think keys could be re paired to another vehicle I was under the impression they are single useMust stop buying shiny toys....

I checked the IID gap tool instructions and you can reprogram a fob from another vehicle ( unless of course I have read it wrong ), that I have done before, I believe you can have 3 keys.Discovery 3 SE gone but not forgotten.

Problem solved, the keys first purchased were a different frequency for the Uk, I have purchased another and within minutes the used key was paired with my D4.Discovery 3 SE gone but not forgotten.
