Like other MEYLE products HD bushes and ball joints Are factory redesigned and built by them for a longer life. The main hydraulic rear bush has been replaced with a solid version without noticeably changing ride comfort, An uprated front bush and the later specification 35mm ball joint.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE FITTING GUIDES, YOU WILL NEED A FULL GEOMETRY RESET AFTER FITTING THESE ARMS, THE BOLTS AND WASHERS ARE MARKED TO SET THE CAMBER, IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO PAINT AROUND THESE BEFORE REMOVAL TO GET THE NEW ONES IN ROUGHLY THE RIGHT POSITION

In order for any claim to be valid under this MEYLE water pump guarantee the cooling circuit must be flushed prior to installing
the MEYLE water pump. For MEYLE passenger car water pumps we offer a performance guarantee of 100,000 miles, which is equal
to 160,934 kilometres, in addition to the specified MEYLE guarantee period.
The following general guarantee terms and conditions apply: Complaints must be communicated in writing within a period of 30
days of such occurrence. This guarantee ceases if the item supplied is modified by another party or by the assembly of components
of another source, unless the defect has no causal relationship with this modification. This guarantee also ceases if the applicable
handling or manufacturer specifications, e. g. on maintenance and replacement intervals, are not complied with.
This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper usage, vehicle application and treatment. This
guarantee does not affect the statutory rights of the buyer as set out in § 437 of the German Civil Code if and to the extent that
German law is applicable. The date of installation and the purchase of the part must be proven by supporting documents. Any
guarantee claim will be processed by the distributor who sold the product.

Lower Arms superpro bushes
Just wonder if you have had any feedback on these?
I bought mine months ago, they sat in the shed until today when having given up the idea of me ever fitting them I decided to get them fitted whilst I was otherwise engaged.
The garage seemed to be taking a while longer than suggested and I called to see when I needed to get to them to collect and they are suggesting the bushes are not fitted correctly in the arms and this is causing them issues.
Just value any feedback you may have had?

Chugga,
I'm guessing that the 'top hat' part of the bush is not pushed fully home against the housing of the arm itself, and they have noticed that - this is normal for the arms, including genuine ones.

Hi Barry
It's very difficult to comment on this, a bit like solving the murder without the body, the bushes won't be fitted incorrectly, they are different bushes to the original, and should not be changed, they are like it for good reason.
I assume that you explained to the garage that they will look noticeably different? As they are heavy duty arms with solid bushes, that replace the Hydra bush?Paul Redding

Afternoon Paul,
The place fitting the arms are an approved superpro centre, which did make me wonder?
Not too sure if it was just an excuse for being ready later than they had advised?
Either way they are on now and a vast improvement on the worn out ones.
Bit firmer, much more positive steering.
