Knock / rumble from front end

Hi troops

Got a slight knock / rumble from front end not sure if it is the drivers side or not , I thought it was the anti roll so fitted shims on the bushes which sorted part of the noise problem but not this latest issue
Any I deas as to what it is??? Confused
