knocking over a bump

Hi
after changing the drop links front and rear I now enjoy a knoch every time i go over a bump it sounds and feels as thought the anti roll bar is hitting the lower suspension arm Has anybody got a clue or is it time to renew roll bars aswell?

Check the anti roll bar bushes, as it sounds likes they could be the problem. As another check dab your brakes at low speed as well and if there’s a knocking as a result of that your lower arm bushes could also have worn.
