Land Rover Experience Vouchers
What is the "normal" time delay between taking delivery of your new Disco 3 and getting the Land Rover Experience voucher in the post. I bought my Disco 3 from the local LR main dealer on November 12th but still haven't received a Land Rover Experience voucher 3 months later. The dealer says it is up to Land Rover to issue these and delays of this magnitude are not uncommon......Disco 4 TDV6HSE

When Dad bought his 110 in May Land Rover didn't sort out the Experience thing at all. He had to nag the dealer to tell Land Rover to get it sorted, which they duly did, and he's off to Eastnor in March (I think).
Have you had any contact with Land Rover about it at all? Sounds like they're being a bit useless...

We waited months to get our voucher for the Discovery II we purchased. Bought it last May, got the voucher in September, did the trip in October. When I rang Land Rover to enquire about the whereabouts of the voucher they told me that they have to wait for notification from the dealer. May be worth chasing your dealer.

You guys are lucky (I think). I do not even have a service booklet or warranty book yer. They are "in the mail", says LR Canada. Right. Have been in the mail for months. First time I have bought a car without getting a service booklet or warranty details (let alone ownership advantage details etc)
