I would say the editing is merely dragging the shots into an editing program in the right order...
Now what I wouldn't want to do is set up such an array of cameras. Must take hours for just 2 seconds of video.

It's relatively simple - or should be - one way would be to make sure the file name in each camera is unique and in sequence. Load the images (there would probably be only 1 shot per camera) and stack them in order. Then just switch each picture in the stack on in turn.
But they probably have developed some software to do it.Mark.

It's a shame the size/position of the car isn't better matched between scenes. I know I'm nit picking but it seems to jump for me? Thing is, those stills camera's are shooting a much bigger frame (in resolution) than the final film, so you'd think it would be possible to tweak this more in the edit. Maybe if it's too smooth people start to think it's CGI?
Nice colour car though

There's some jerkiness compared to, say The Matrix, but that's because it was all shot on location in China, whereas The Matrix was CGI background.
The sequencing system does indeed have it's own software to create the 'movie'. It's a simple system, but like all these things setting up is the time consuming bit!

So where you have the view move around the car have they just PS the cameras the other side out of the image?DS3 TDV6 HSE - Silver with Alpaca (old one) Gone
