Late run Landmark in Zanzibar
I couldn't wait any longer for the D5 and snaffled up one of the last (so they say) Zanzibar-couloured Landmarks yesterday.
(front view is a bit underexposed, rear view is more true to the colour)
Pre-configured by the stealer with tow pack, privacy glass, headlight assist.
The 20"rims I'd rather change for 19's for more capable offroad rubber.
My outgoing D4 has sump plates, hidden winch and various other mods. I shall now have pleasure in adding these and other mods to the new machine over the coming months. That's another advantage of doing D4 rather than D5 at this stage, all the customisations you could possible desire are already available. 2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)
2009 D4 HSE TDV6, Bali blue (first run D4)

You're right it was lucky and I got a not bad (I wouldn't say brilliant) deal on it with my 2009 HSE in part ex.
I phoned around the country and this was the only non black white or silver one I found, and all those colours I didn't fancy. They look alright but they are not for me.
My old one is dark leather and black interior, it is what I would have chosen for the new one too so that is good. If I had been speccing it I would probably have added a kit or two but I can live without them.2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)

Hi tonto2.
I am going to look up on here what folk have to say about 20 inch rims in terms of handling, capability, comfort etc.
I have General Grabber ATs on my HSE which I like and need to see if they are available in 20 inch for when the Zeros wear out.
And then there's a decision to make: should the replacement rims be black to match the Landmark black trim or silver to match the long roof rails?2016 D4 Landmark SDV6 (Euro6), Zanzibar (late run D4)

That really is a superb find, even a half decent deal is just the icing on the cake
I've only had those exact same wheels on mine, but 17, 18 and 19" wheels on 3 x Freelanders before, the 20" rims feel very like the 19's on the Freelander - not excessive, but would definitely benefit from being replaced with going one size down.2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
