Leaky brake light
Hi Peeps,
noticed a few drops of water clinging to the inside of the rear window.
Traced the origin of the downpour to a crack in the 3rd brakelight.
Is this a well known problem ?
Also according to YT replacing the brakelight is a true pain in the lower regions.
Is this true ?
Any usefull tricks and tips ?

I’m doing this job right now (as I had a couple of LEDs out) ….. just popped in for a bottle of water & breather ….. and yes, it is a real pain of a job to do!
Part way through and I had second thoughts, thinking I should take it to my LR Indy to do.
But persevering, after an hour, a few cuts & hammer bruises later and I’ve got most of the plastic off.
As I’m doing it keep wondering who’s brainwave was it to install it this way and how on earth did it get through the LR planning stage.
