mhb907 - which model LED bulbs did you by from superbrightleds.com?

You still happy with them now they've been in for a while?

Nice to see another LR3 in SD! Thumbs Up

I am still pleased with the LEDs. The lamps that I am using are:

• brake/tail – 1157-RLX3 (3 watt)
• license plate, dome lamps, front footwell lamps – WLED-W5
• front running lights – WLED-W6
• front amber marker – WLED-A6

At some point I will change out the reversing lamps. Superbright has a 5 watt LED that might do a good job.

In the past I have seem many post on Ultraled products, some good; lots bad. thats the nature of forums I guess.

But seeing as members feel more against the products it came to mind why buy the product if there has already mention on this and other forums about products and customer service. this is from the post code of contact, it appears more of a house than a ware house doing full profitable business, also the purchase info was shipped within 92 hours of receipt (thats 4 days they have your money) then it's regular first class not next day delivery. should we go on??
the return policy requires customers contact them for a returns number, however if the response is as members have said is poor and even phones put down then what good is have that in return policy???
without even trying their goods I would be more wise and look at ALL alternatives available.
dont get me wrong on product as I havent even tried them; it's just the policy seems more concern than product suitability / reliability.

mhb907 - Thanks for the info - will probably give it a shot as you've had a positive experience.
