That and a led panel in the bulb holder in the boot are the best value upgrades you can do!

If you want them to last get 24 volt ones as a discovery can charge at over 14 volts for a short time after starting. This kills your Leds and they start to flash.

Just google 24 volt 501 bulbs their are loads, mine have been in my disco for 15 years they even dim.

pointless as you wont get more than 12V at the plugs.
