Well a few weeks ago I decided to sell on my LF170 Hids, they now reside with Alfamale
Great lights, but I fancied a change and decided to import some lights from Finland
They look similar to the very popular Lazer lamps made here in the UK, I bought Predator X2's , close in size an output to the Lazer Triple -R 750
I used the same home made through the grille mount as I had for the LF's
And added the supplied top anti-vibration straps to the top of the grille
I have to say I'm impressed, a crisp white instantaneous light rated to 750m putting the unrated main and DS3 Xenons to shame
Knocked up a roof binicle switch pack too, just need to amend my wiring to the roof lights and I'll have that in place too meaning I can have the Predators on with main, off with main or on by them selves if needed
I kind of followed Russell design Ade, flat bar mounted to the two rectangle holes either side, braced across the top to reduce flex with two flat bars protruding through the grille.
