They are tungsten lights. But these lights are known as 2x Full Wendy lights. The sparks had a few of theses cranes and then several roof top rigs all down the thames for our river sequence. Quite a sight when its all on and at night!

Yes I saw the Thames all lit up a week last Sunday night coming over Lambeth bridge ..Millbank was shut off...I thought the sun was coming up 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
Ah yes, that was helicopter landing day / night on Millbank!

Heh I work on the South side in between Vauxhall and Battersea and have been watching the boats bashing up and down with the actors in. We thought they were looking for a body at first until we saw all the news coverage.
