light switch

light switch

hi all Very Happy
hope someone on here will be able to help with my problem.
i need to take out my light switch (the main switch; headlights,side lights}
looking at the plastic panel i can see no way of removing and dont wont
to break any bits,so would be grateful for any advice
thanks.

use the search facility - there are examples/instructions on here - from memory you need to pull the whole panel off from around the vent - its one of those pull hard from the bottom type movements - then you can get at the switch and its panel attached to the back of the bigger piece

The whole piece from below the light switch up to and including the air vent above comes out. Grab hold at the bottom and pull hard and swing it upwards, note there are a couple of locating tabs at the top which will only come out when the whole thing has been tilted upwards .Disconnect wiring plug as soon as you can get to it,before tilting it fully up.. The light sw is screwed to this from behind with torx screws.
