Limp mode

Hi I have had my d3 for about 18 months, the egrs had already been blanked off prior to me getting the car. Periodically it would go into limp mode and the iid tool would read
P0402-22 (6C) Exhaust gas recirculation flow excessive detected - General signal failure - signal amplitude> maximum . Just assumed it was because they had not been deleted.
However the car keeps going into limp mode every 5 minutes the codes are
P0402-22 (6C) Exhaust gas recirculation flow excessive detected - General signal failure - signal amplitude> maximum
P0101-17 (6C) Mass or volume air flow
- circuit range/performance - General electrical failure - circuit voltage above threshold
P2290-00 (68) Injector control pressure too low
Parking Brake
§ G
U0100-87 (B8) Lost communication with engine control module/powertrain

Previously I had the code P0087-00 (68) Fuel rail/system pressure to low
I have changed the fuel filter with genuine, and this fault has now gone. The parking break was change with a genuine one about 6 months ago.
I’m at a loss with the above faults and I can’t. drive it without it going into limp mode.
I have looked at the egrs and I can see it still has the butterfly attached I don’t know if the egrs are separate from the other problems or causing the other problems.
Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Update
Did a smoke test and the Intercooler rad has a big split in it.
Waiting for the replacement hopefully this might solve the limp mode
