I know, it was a lucky find Prof. I think he is in negotiations with them at the moment

Just waiting on a response from him regarding a question as to why he would sell at that reduced price rather than just take it back for a refund. Just slightly concerned as it seems too good to be true. Will let you all know the outcome. Aerialmark Thankyou for the link to that mate. Very much appreciated Jarrod

Hi mate
Am devastated for u buddy seeing that you’ve put so much hard work into ur D3
Don’t know if this is any good but see u can buy the guts for the turbo, alas I know though the turbo would need to come out
Have u tried a new map sensor in there or do u think the turbos finished because of the grinding

Gary your a legend as always mate !
I’m just waiting to hear from the guy mark put me on to.
I used a chra cartridge in bro in laws x5 when that went. It was ok. I worry about the actuator situation though. Wonder if they are serviceable or available separate ?

Hi mate
Ur very welcome , Glad they were useful to u
I think fitting a new actuator has to be adjusted by a specialist so not a DIY fitment , of course not 100% if that’s true or not
If u get that complete turbo will u also get it bench tested to ensure it’s 100% , so there’s no surprises , seeing it’s not a 5 x min job removing the turbo
Unless it’s easier to lift the body off again , Yes I’m hiding behind a bomb shelter for incoming

I believe you are correct Gary, it is a specialist job to set-up the actuator!yµ (idµ - eAµ) ψ=mψ
