What a brilliant bit of customer service i have just recieved. I went in to book the car in ref the above fault and they asked if they could take the car straight in to check the fault codes etc. Was given the normal cup of coffee and within 5 mins was told that the EPB would need stripping down and checked. They then said they could do it there and then if it was convienant, i said yeah probs .
They then offered me a lift to wherever i needed to go, as it was it was only Tesco across the road but they said when i had finished my shopping to give them a ring and they would pick me and my shopping up and take me home, then pick me up and bring me back for my car. As it was i finished the shopping (tasked by swmbo) about 30 mins before the car was finished so got picked up and transported back to the dealer.
So Lloyds of Carlisle gets a massive from me, quality, and they solved the fault and explained everything to me in laymans terms. The staff there were friendly and very helpful. POT NOODLE NAVIGATION CHALLENGE 2010 WINNER

must have sold alot more bling LR's after all that publicity they got from the television programme featuring the MD of Stobbarts picking up his new RRS in blue....
I can see me turning up there one day, "Oh yes sir, your Discovery 3, unfortunately are techs have no idea of what a high mileaged vehicle is doing in our workshop, perhaps we can bling it for you whilst we take you across to the Premier Inn"
