Locked Out !

The buttons on my fob wont work, so I cant get in the car

I could use the emergency lock on the passenger side door. but will the alarm go off?

I dont want to try just in case - If the alarm does go off, how do I turn it off without the fob buttons?

I believe it goes off once you insert the key.

open the passenger door with the key, and put the key in the ignition within 30 seconds and alarm doesnt go off........ so Im told............and alarm is disabled.
